Commissioning: Completion of pre-energization inspections, system no-load and load trial runs to ensure all parameters meet design requirements, enabling safe and stable operation.

Mandatory Partner Types to Select:

Manufacturer: Supplies self-manufactured containerized compact substations. Must provide factory qualification documents, product type test reports, BIS certification, and ISO quality management system certification.

Contractor: Undertakes on-site installation, civil construction, and commissioning works. Must demonstrate corresponding EPC capability and past project experience.

Registration Approval Requirement: Simultaneously selecting both "Manufacturer" and "Contractor" will trigger a mandatory manual approval process. The bidder must submit hard copies of original documents to MSEDCL in advance for verification. Participation in any tender will be impossible until this approval is completed. Please ensure sufficient time is allocated for the registration process.

Dealer Option: If the bidder is an integrator rather than the original equipment manufacturer, they must register as a "Dealer" and submit complete qualification documents, authorization letters, and past performance proofs of the original manufacturer of the offered products.
