Procurement Scope: The materials procured must have stable technical indicators, qualified quality, and meet the purchaser's requirements. Suppliers are required to provide full-process services including supply, transportation, quality assurance, and after-sales service. Other Requirements:

Packages 2, 3, and 4 require the bidding unit to be included in the list of pre-qualified manufacturers for the relevant project's owner-controlled materials.

Joint venture bids are not accepted.

Units having an interest relationship with the purchaser that may affect the fairness of procurement are not allowed to participate.

Different units with the same legal representative or having controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the same package.
