Project Content: Procurement of one high-quality submersible centrifugal pump, which must be equipped with an ejector (jet pump). The specific model is a self-priming aerator with a diffuser pipe, designed for the efficient injection of air into the tanks of a wastewater treatment plant to enhance water quality treatment.

Material Specifications:

Air Flow and Depth: Air flow must reach Q=350 Nm³/h, operating stably at a water depth of 5 meters.

Material Requirements: The aerator and key components, such as horizontal pipes and adapters, must be made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) to ensure corrosion resistance and long-term stability.

Pump Structure: The pump body must include a high-efficiency impeller, designed as a single-channel open type, equipped with a large particle cutting system to ensure it can handle wastewater containing large particulate impurities without clogging.

Motor Specifications: Motor power must not exceed 18.5kW, with a maximum speed of 1500 rpm, voltage of 3x400V, compliant with motor efficiency class IE3 standard. It must be equipped with humidity and overheating detection sensors to ensure operational safety.

Sealing System: A double mechanical seal must be used, with SiC-SiC material on the medium side and SiC-C material on the motor side, effectively preventing leakage and improving equipment reliability.

Other Requirements: The motor must be equipped with a 10-meter-long power and signal cable. The pump body, motor housing, impeller, and other components must be made of grey cast iron GG25. The shaft, operating handle, bolts, etc., must be made of stainless steel.

Item Information: Submersible centrifugal pump (with ejector), quantity: 1 unit. Brand and model are not restricted but must strictly meet the above technical specifications.

Scope of Service: The supplier is responsible for the supply of the pump, transportation to the designated location at the Berane Wastewater Treatment Plant, installation and commissioning (if required), technical training (if specified in the contract), and providing a 24-month warranty service.

Estimated Procurement Value: The total value is estimated at 10,000 EUR, excluding VAT of 2,100 EUR. The specific amount may be adjusted based on final negotiations and contract terms.

Delivery Time: Delivery must be completed within 14 days after contract signing to ensure the project progresses on schedule.

Delivery Location: Designated receiving area at the Berane Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Payment Terms: Payment will be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 90 days after the invoice is received.

Bidder Qualification Requirements: Participating commercial entities must be registered in the Central Business Register or a similar registry in their respective country and provide valid registration certificates and authorized representative information. A declaration of no conflict of interest must also be submitted to ensure the fairness of the bidding process.

Bid Document Requirements: Bidders must submit detailed technical specifications proving that the offered product fully meets the technical characteristics and duty point efficiency requirements specified in the tender documents. Company bank account information must also be provided to facilitate the subsequent payment process.

Warranty Period: A 24-month warranty service is provided from the date of equipment acceptance, ensuring normal operation of the equipment during the warranty period and timely response and resolution of any issues that may arise.
