For dust treatment, all assemblies are sealed at their connections to prevent dust leakage; the heating drum and tower structure adopt negative-pressure technology for dust removal and environmental protection; openings at various locations such as the mixing bowl are equipped with fume extraction and dust removal; dust generated from processes such as material discharge, oversized material, and overflow material is handled by a dedicated cooling and humidification system. For asphalt fume treatment, at the openings of the mixing bowl and the lower finished product silo, fume collection hoods are used to capture asphalt fumes, which are then treated through centrifugal mist eliminators and an integrated desulfurization and denitrification tower; asphalt mixture trucks are loaded in an enclosed garage where asphalt fumes are centrally collected. High-power fans are equipped with variable-frequency motors to save energy and reduce noise.
