1. In addition to all the functions of intermittent asphalt mixture mixing, the equipment also integrates multiple domestic invention patents in terms of smoke and dust prevention, heat preservation and noise reduction.
2. In terms of dust treatment, the connections between assemblies are sealed for dust prevention; the heating drum and the tower body adopt negative pressure technology for dust removal and environmental protection; the openings of the mixing cylinder and other parts adopt smoke absorption and dust removal; the dust generated by processes such as discharge, over-limit materials and overflow materials is treated by a special cooling and humidification system. In terms of asphalt fume treatment, at the openings of the mixing cylinder and the lower finished product silo, a smoke collection hood is used to collect asphalt, which is treated through a centrifugal mist catcher and a desulfurization and denitrification integrated tower; the asphalt mixture trucks are received in a closed garage, and asphalt fumes are collected centrally.
