Control System
● The control room is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
● The entire plant can be operated in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes. These controls are executed by PC/PLC. The PLC uses standard SIEMENS industrial components. The PC uses standard industrial-grade computers.
● Utilizes MS commercial software, SIEMENS commercial software, KingView software, and the "Jigong" process control system. The multimedia window displays the entire plant process flow in real time. Process parameter setting and modification are all completed via computer. Features include recipe input, automatic drop correction, dynamic tracking of asphalt-aggregate ratio, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarm, and data report printing and storage functions.
Cold Aggregate System
● The cold aggregate hoppers are designed as an integrated 3+2 combined hopper unit. The feeders operate with primary variable frequency control. The hoppers are equipped with protective plates and grid screens to prevent oversized materials from entering, and the discharge openings are fitted with material flow interruption alarm devices.
● The sand hopper is equipped with a vibrator.
● The design of the hoppers and feeders effectively eliminates bridging and prevents belt damage.
● The modular design facilitates easy installation, dismantling, and relocation.
● The lower section of the inclined belt conveyor is equipped with a large material rejection hopper.
Drying System
● The outer wall of the drying drum is insulated with rock wool and covered with galvanized steel sheets. The drum discharge end is sealed with heat-resistant rubber. The diameter, length, and internal lifting flight design fully optimize heat exchange and minimize heat loss, saving energy and enhancing adaptability to environmental conditions.
● Friction drive is adopted, and the drum's operating attitude and axial movement are controlled by fine-tuning the inclination angle of the support rollers.
● The burner utilizes digital frequency conversion technology. The PLC automatically controls all combustion parameters. The axial flow fan is controlled via a frequency converter, and the fuel control system precisely regulates the air-fuel ratio, effectively reducing mechanical wear and extending service life. The spray gun, featuring aerospace technology bubble atomization, expands the flame adjustment ratio to 10:1, truly creating excellent atomization and combustion conditions for heavy fuel oil and residual oil. The built-in high-power fuel heater and PID oil temperature control system ensure the burner operates under safe and stable conditions.
Mixing Tower
● The mixing tower design fully incorporates European technology.
● The chain buckets, feed chute, and discharge opening of the hot aggregate elevator are all welded with wear-resistant steel plates.
● The vibrating screen is dual-shaft driven and offers four configurations: 4-deck, 5-deck, 6-deck, and 7-deck screening, providing users with options to meet the production of any grade and type of asphalt mixture.
● The hot storage bins are designed with a reasonable distribution ratio. Material level detection is available in both point-level and continuous-level modes. The discharge gates feature a special structural design with pneumatic control, and computer-based dynamic automatic compensation effectively controls aggregate weighing accuracy.
● All aggregate scales, filler scales, and asphalt scales use world-renowned brand sensors.
● The mixing bowl is dual horizontal shaft driven with a maximum capacity of 3500 kg. The side features a door-type design for convenient maintenance and replacement of paddle arms, paddle blades, and liners.
● The main frame adopts a unitized modular design, making assembly, disassembly, and relocation highly convenient.
Dust Collection, Filler Supply, and Finished Product Storage Systems
● Primary cyclone dust collection and secondary baghouse dust collection. The baghouse uses pulse-jet online row-by-row cleaning, with cleaning automatically controlled by a pulse controller. The over-temperature protection device and DuPont material filter bags ensure the safety and stability of system operation.
● Filler supply system: the discharge point uses a combination of air blowing and vibration for arch breaking. The new filler silo offers two feeding options: pneumatic conveying and bucket elevator feeding. Recycled filler silo feeding is accomplished via Roots blower pneumatic conveying.
● Finished product storage. The hoist is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation, and the lifting skip is positioned via an encoder. The storage silo features a structural design that prevents segregation. Discharge can be controlled from either the control room or locally on site. Various insulation methods are applied to the outer walls of the silo.
