Main Features of the Equipment:
1. The recycling unit and the virgin mixing unit are integrated in design with modular installation; recycled material is fed directly into the mixing drum, eliminating any material adhesion stage;
2. Multiple addition methods are available for recycled material, including cold addition, hot addition, and combined cold-hot addition;
3. The mixing drum is enlarged to increase production capacity when adding recycled material, with a recycling addition rate of up to 60%;
4. Asphalt fumes are subjected to centralized secondary combustion;
5. A unique eco-friendly multi-functional storage silo design with rationally configured compartment capacities provides sufficient time for organizing vehicle dispatch during production.
