Professional sanitation vehicles and equipment - High-pressure washing vehicle solutions
Product Introduction
The Chengli autonomous landscaping maintenance vehicle is developed for unmanned operation scenarios of landscaping maintenance vehicles within sanitation vehicles and equipment. It is a pure electric L4 wire-controlled concept vehicle planned around fixed routes, low-speed operation, and remote supervision. The vehicle is conceptually configured with a 4×2 wire-controlled platform, a 32kWh power battery, and a 252km range. The traditional cab is eliminated, leaving more space for perception units, control systems, operation mechanisms, and safety redundancy. This model can be deployed in scenarios such as landscaping maintenance operations, park operations, factory area patrols, and municipal branch roads, with route planning completed through electronic fences, task points, restricted zones, and remote takeover points. The L3/L4 intelligent driving module handles low-speed cruising, obstacle detection, station docking, abnormal stopping, and manual takeover alerts, and forms operational linkage with the specialized superstructure, task controller, load interface, and safety interlock. The system can collect operation status, load status, door lock status, and task completion signals, and transmit vehicle position, operation status, alarm information, and task results back to the platform. The vehicle focuses on addressing the digital upgrade needs of landscaping maintenance vehicles in terms of repetitive operations, personnel attendance, task recording, status reporting, and safety interlocking, and the superstructure can be customized based on actual load, operation rhythm, and operational boundaries. This product is positioned as a Chengli autonomous special-purpose vehicle concept solution, suitable for prototype validation, closed-scenario trial operations, customer requirement communication, and subsequent custom development. The final configuration can be further confirmed according to project regulations, site conditions, communication networks, and operation intensity.
