Product Introduction

Summary

To comprehensively advance urban governance, Inspur City Brain leverages Inspur's digital infrastructure as its foundation and an operations management center as its carrier. Integrating the governance needs of municipalities, districts/counties, and grassroots communities, it builds a three-tier brain system spanning city, district/county, and subdistrict levels. Focusing on the three major domains of digital government, digital society, and digital economy, it provides 78 categories of collaborative scenario services.

Background

China's digitalization process has transformed the way people interact with one another and the urban lifestyle, bringing broader and deeper changes to economic structures and business models. Future cities will be more digitalized, intelligent, and smart. Equipping a city with a smart city brain that supports technology integration, business integration, and data integration, as well as cross-system, cross-business, cross-department, cross-region, and cross-level collaboration, is an important safeguard for enhancing a city's "thinking" capacity and governance level.

Solution Introduction

Municipal-Level City Brain

A unified City Brain platform is built on the foundation of government cloud, activating data resource elements and focusing on the three major domains of digital government, digital society, and digital economy. Through large, medium, and small screens, it empowers high-quality urban development. To date, Inspur has built municipal-level City Brains in Jinan, Chongqing, Bozhou, Panzhihua, and other locations, effectively allocating public resources, continuously improving social governance, and promoting sustainable urban development. Among these, Jinan's new smart city initiative won the Barcelona Global Digital Transformation Award and was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Model Projects of Smart Cities in China" for three consecutive years, helping Jinan achieve relevant results in civilized city development four consecutive times, forming a "China benchmark and world model" for enhancing urban governance capacity through smart city development.

District/County Brain

As the core node connecting cities and grassroots communities, it focuses on strong application scenarios such as urban management, social governance, smart communities, and smart parks, building integrated urban governance scenarios to support high-quality and sustainable development of districts and counties. Inspur has built district/county City Brains for Linshu, Baofeng, Lixin, Zhengdong New District, and other locations. Among these, the Zhengdong New District City Brain achieved "one-network unified management" in urban governance, enabling urban management cases to be handled through "one platform for dispatch, one process for handling," with an automatic dispatch rate exceeding 90% and the on-time case closure rate increasing from 71% to 90%.

Community Micro-Brain

Grassroots governance directly serves the public and is an important foundation for maintaining social stability. Its effectiveness directly affects the public's sense of gain and happiness. To improve grassroots governance, Inspur focuses on building an urban end-point governance system and proposes a "1+4+N" grassroots governance model: guided by grassroots Party building, it focuses on building grid management, urban management, emergency command, and livelihood services, extending to N categories of applications; making full use of IoT, 5G, and other technologies, with the "Convenience Code" as the core, it effectively integrates grassroots governance with grassroots services. The solution has been piloted in Guodian, Nanxinzhuang, and other subdistricts in Jinan, enhancing the digitalization, networking, refinement, and intelligence of urban end-point management.

Customer Value

Inspur has developed typical cases in the smart city field, including Chongqing, Jinan, Panzhihua, Zhengdong New District, and Guodian Subdistrict, covering city, district/county, township, and community levels. It builds a "vertical to the bottom, horizontal to the edge" urban operation execution system, achieving all-domain, panoramic, and real-time operational awareness, enabling cities to be "keenly perceptive, warm, and breathing," making public life more convenient, government services more efficient, urban management more refined, development momentum stronger, and urban operations safer.
