Key Technical Document Access:

Bidders must sign and submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to Technip Energies by the deadline of March 23, 2026.

The NDA should be sent to: tabassum.tabassum@ten.com, with a copy to krishan.singh@ten.com.

Upon approval by the licensor, the technical section (Material Requisition) will be issued separately to qualified bidders in physical/CD/email/secure FTP server form.

Delivery Schedule:

Option 1 (with transportation): Delivery within 6 months from award, on DAP (Delivered at Place) Numaligarh site basis. Transportation is the seller's responsibility; transit insurance will be arranged by NRL.

Option 2 (without transportation): Delivery within 5 months from award, on FOT (Free on Truck) dispatch point basis. The date on the Lorry Receipt (LR) will be considered the delivery date. NRL reserves the right to exclude transportation from the bidder's scope.

Zero Date: Date of issue of Letter of Award/Purchase Order (LOA/PO), whichever is earlier.

Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC):

Manufacturer Status or Authorization:

The bidder must be the manufacturer of the valves being supplied.

Or, must be an authorized dealer/system integrator/partner of the manufacturer, submitting an authorization letter and a written guarantee signed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clearly stating the manufacturer's technical support and responsibility for all stages (engineering, integration, testing, commissioning, etc.).

Technical Experience:

Must have successfully supplied any type of remotely operated valve (valve with actuator assembly) to any oil/petrochemical/fertilizer industry in India within the last 10 years.

Supporting documents to be submitted: Copy of Work Order/Contract, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) issued by the end-user/EPC/EPCM.

Average Annual Turnover:

The Average Turnover (ATO) for the last three financial years must be greater than or equal to ₹ 1,07,75,000/- (approx. 10.775 Million INR).

Net Worth:

Net Worth for the last financial year must be positive.

If Net Worth is negative, the bidder may continue for evaluation only upon submission of a commitment letter for financial support from a financial institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of India or any scheduled commercial bank in India with a Net Worth not less than ₹100 Crore.

Companies providing consultancy services for this project and their affiliates are not eligible to bid.
