II. Technical Requirements

III. Service Information

Service Type: Hire of goods-transport vehicles with driver services.

Service Period: The service contract period for each lot is 2 years, with an optional extension period of 1+1 years.

Service Deliverables: Detailed information for each service is in the respective appendices (Appendices A to H and Appendix I).

Personnel Qualification Requirements: Information on the names and professional qualifications of personnel providing the service is not required.

IV. Implementation Conditions

Implementation Period: The service contract period for each lot is 2 years, with an optional extension period of 1+1 years.

V. Contract Information

Contract Variation Clause: The buyer has the right to make additional purchases due to operational changes, the value of which shall not exceed 25% of the total purchase value.
