I. Basic Points Tender Type: Service Tender Project Name: Materials and Pharmaceutical Transport Services Procurement Method: Open Tender Contract Type: Framework Agreement with Call-offs Project Description: Tender for transport services, divided into eight lots. Bidders may bid for one or more lots. Procurement decisions will be made separately for each lot. Scope of Services: Lot 2: Transport of materials and pharmaceuticals within the Kuusamo city area. Technical Requirements Quality Requirements: Pharmaceutical transport has specific requirements detailed in separate Appendix I. III. Service Information Service Type: Hire of goods-transport vehicles with driver services. Service Period: The service contract period for each lot is 2 years, with an optional extension period of 1+1 years. Service Deliverables: Detailed information for each service is in the respective appendices (Appendices A to H and Appendix I). Personnel Qualification Requirements: Information on the names and professional qualifications of personnel providing the service is not required. IV. Implementation Conditions Implementation Period: The service contract period for each lot is 2 years, with an optional extension period of 1+1 years. Project Start Date: June 1, 2026 Project Completion Date: May 31, 2028 V. Contract Information Contract Type: One contract per lot with one supplier. Contract Duration: Base contract period of 2 years, with an optional extension of 1+1 years. Contract Variation Clause: The buyer has the right to make additional purchases due to operational changes, the value of which shall not exceed 25% of the total purchase value. The price for possible additional purchases is in principle based on the hourly rate for individual transports, unless otherwise agreed. VI.
