I. Basic Information

Project Description: The purpose of the investment project is to establish technical infrastructure for the public transport system, including depots for trams and electric buses, bridge rehabilitation, street modernization, construction of intermodal stations, and implementation of digital systems, including three-level signaling systems, dispatch systems, database interconnections, etc.

Project Content: Implementation of Digital Objectives 1-8 and 11, including automated signaling systems, urban intersection adaptation, depot management systems, traffic control systems, and auxiliary systems (e.g., BMS, thermal imaging, video walls, smart hubs).

Scope of Supply: Supply, installation, and commissioning of ITS equipment

CPV Codes: 35262000 (Crossing control signalling equipment), 34632000 (Rail traffic control equipment), 34970000 (Traffic monitoring equipment), 72212140 (Rail traffic control software development services)

II. Technical Requirements

Technical Standards: Technical requirements allow for "or equivalent" products.

Installation Requirements: Includes installation and commissioning

Commissioning Requirements: Includes putting into operation

Warranty Period: Minimum 48 months; an advantage in scoring for 60 months or more; less than 48 months is non-compliant.

Project Manager Experience Scoring: Based on number of past similar contracts: 1 contract = 0 points, 2 = 3 points, 3 = 6 points, 4 = 10 points, 5 or more = 15 points

Expert Experience Scoring: Number of similar contracts corresponds to points: 1 = 0 points, 2 = 2 points, 3 = 5 points, 4 = 8 points, 5 or more = 10 points
