Service Scope and Technical Requirements:

Mechanical Forearm Renovation: Redesign and manufacture the forearm structure of the existing combined machinery, including replacing or reinforcing key components to ensure durability and reliability under complex port operating conditions.

Dust Suppression Sprinkler System Upgrade: Design and install a new dust suppression sprinkler system to achieve efficient dust control. The system must have automatic/manual control functions, with spray coverage matching the operational area, and comply with port environmental standards.

Installation and Commissioning: Complete equipment disassembly/assembly, installation of new components, system integration, and on-site commissioning to ensure compatibility of the renovated machinery with the port's existing operational systems.

Technical Document Delivery: Provide complete technical drawings, operation manuals, maintenance guides, and spare parts lists.

Personnel Training: Provide system operation and routine maintenance training for port operators and maintenance personnel.
