Implementation Conditions Duration: August 21, 2023 to December 31, 2027. Reason for contract modification: Modification due to additional works required by the original contractor. Specifically includes: MKA 414 - As determined during planning and review process, drainage facilities and related embankment crossing structures need to be constructed in the areas of structures STW 4 and STW 6, as well as road areas connecting to Amselstraße and Kitscherstraße; some measures already executed. MKA 479 - Unexpected track settlement and track undulation occurred in the auxiliary bridge area during construction, rendering the existing track no longer technically compliant; short-term measures required to restore ballast stability, including additional tamping work on the specified auxiliary bridge. MKA 494 - Determination that EÜ Paradiesbach needs to be constructed in a lateral construction position, resulting in additional costs for the lateral position, particularly additional earthworks and adjustment of anchor lengths. MKA 500 and MKA 501 - The final position of EÜ Schmöllner Straße requires sheet pile retaining walls according to detailed design document "Final position EÜ Schmöllner Straße retaining planning"; as the adopted static system is mandatory for ensuring stability of the existing embankment, additional costs arise from the modified retaining planning, including additional equipment usage, extra transport of drilling and piling equipment, technical changes to planned work processes. MKA 509 - According to regulations, the renovation area of Schmöllner Straße, including complete road construction, must be fully completed and opened to public traffic before the construction-period traffic guidance on Bahnhofstraße can be cancelled, a full closure re-established, and the remaining work on Bahnhofstraße completed. Due to the bridge not being completed within the contractually assumed one year and delays in retaining works, it was not possible to construct the road in the contractually assumed final state before the closure of EÜ Schmöllner Straße, necessitating the implementation of a construction-period road pavement. VI.
