II. Technical Specifications:

The spray booth must feature a vertical down-draft ventilation system with an air flow rate of approximately 20,000 m³/h and an unloaded air velocity of about 0.39 m/s. It shall be equipped with primary intake air filtration and fine filtration systems, with G2-grade overspray filter mats installed below the floor grating. The heating system shall have a maximum operating temperature of 80°C, using diesel, gas, or infrared heating methods. The lighting system must comply with EN 13355 standard, providing an illumination level of no less than 600 lux, with luminaires featuring IP54 protection rating and explosion-proof design. The control system must include functions such as spray mode, heated spray mode, drying mode, lighting control, emergency stop switch, fault indication, and overtemperature alarm. Internal dimensions shall be approximately 6500×3900×2650 mm, suitable for passenger car painting. Power supply requirements are 380V/400V/415V, 50Hz, three-phase. The equipment must comply with standards including NF T35-009, NF T35-011, BS EN 13355-2016, BS EN 60204-1-2018, etc.

III. Scope of Supply:

Procurement of two spray booth units, to be delivered to the automotive workshops in Dijon and Auxerre respectively. The equipment shall include the complete spray booth structure, ventilation system (fan), filtration system (primary filter, fine filter, overspray filter mats, activated carbon filter), heating system, lighting system, control system, floor grating, and all other necessary components.

IV. Scope of Services:

The supplier is responsible for procurement, transportation, storage, on-site installation, electrical wiring, piping connection, system commissioning, user training, and maintenance services during the warranty period. The supplier must arrange temporary storage of the equipment before installation and ensure it remains undamaged. A commissioning report must be provided after commissioning. Training for the purchaser's operators on equipment operation and maintenance must be provided, covering startup/shutdown procedures, parameter setting, filter replacement, daily inspections, troubleshooting, etc. French operation manuals and maintenance guides must be provided.
