12C Ultra-Fast Charging Technology

This battery is equipped with a high-efficiency ultra-fast charging anode, breaking through the bottleneck of cell charging rates to achieve a peak 12C charging rate. It features a self-developed low-desolvation energy electrolyte that effectively reduces lithium-ion migration barriers. Innovative application of composite carbon coating and bulk doping modification technology reduces internal resistance by 15% compared to cells of the same system, significantly enhancing charge transport efficiency and charging response speed.

Full-Temperature Range Thermal Management System

An intelligent liquid cooling system with uniform temperature distribution is adopted to improve overall heat dissipation uniformity of the battery pack. During fast charging, the temperature difference across the pack can be controlled within 3°C. Combined with a full-scenario graded temperature control strategy, the system adaptively adjusts the temperature control strategy based on driving, parking, and other conditions, keeping the battery in the optimal operating range and reducing thermal management energy consumption.

Intelligent Charging Strategy

Equipped with a safety-boundary-based fast charging adaptive strategy, it monitors and limits the temperature rise rate of cells during charging in real time, dynamically adjusting the charging output power curve. While ensuring optimal charging time, it performs real-time closed-loop verification of cell voltage and capacity, preventing abnormal issues such as overcharging and overvoltage. This addresses the safety shortcomings of fast charging at the control algorithm level, establishing a multi-layer safety protection mechanism throughout high-power fast charging.
