Miao Jianmin, Chairman of China Merchants Group, stated that "Dream One" is a domestically built high-end luxury cultural and tourism vessel exclusively operated in Victoria Harbour. With the vessel as a carrier and culture at its core, the aim is to allow Chinese and international tourists to appreciate the deep heritage of Chinese culture while enjoying the scenery of Victoria Harbour.

According to reports, the "Dream One" has an overall length of 109 meters, a molded breadth of 26 meters, a molded depth of 9.8 meters, a full-load draft of 5.8 meters, a gross tonnage of approximately 18,580 tons, and a net tonnage of approximately 9,290 tons. The vessel features a professional international conference hall capable of accommodating over 990 attendees, as well as a large banquet hall with a capacity of 800 people. It also includes multi-level 360-degree panoramic sea-view sightseeing platforms, a sea-view cultural and creative experience corridor, and other spaces. As the flagship of the project, "Dream One" is deeply aligned with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's first five-year plan, in line with the SAR government's initiatives to optimize waterfront spatial layouts, and aims to establish a new landscape for high-end cruise operations in Hong Kong's coastal waters.

"Dream One" was designed by Wuhan Changjiang Ship Design Institute under China Merchants Group, meticulously constructed by China Merchants Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd., and developed and built under the verification of the China Classification Society. At present, most of the meticulous construction of "Dream One" has been completed.
