Product Introduction

The TMV-310TT Vacuum Degassing Mixing Machine is a planetary centrifugal mixer primarily used for mixing liquid or powder materials while simultaneously achieving degassing. It combines both rotation and revolution, and with the assistance of a high-power vacuum pump, the materials are mixed evenly and degassed within seconds to minutes. The rotation and revolution can be independently controlled, making it ideal for materials that are particularly difficult to mix evenly.

It is equipped with different clamps and cups, capable of mixing materials from a few grams up to 300 grams, easily meeting the requirements from experimental to mass production stages.

The machine can store up to 10 sets of data (customizable), with each set being divided into 5 segments to set different times, speed ratios, and vacuum parameters, meeting the mixing and degassing needs for most materials. The maximum speed can reach 2500 rpm, ensuring that even high-viscosity materials are mixed evenly. All key parts use imported components and top industry brands to ensure stable performance for long-term, high-load operation. Some functions of the machine can be customized according to customer needs.
