Cartridge Filter

The core filter belongs to the precision filter. Its working principle is to perform mechanical filtration by using the pores of the filter cartridge. Trace suspended particles, colloids, microorganisms, etc. remaining in the water are intercepted or adsorbed on the surface and in the pores of the filter cartridge. As the water production time increases, the filter cartridge becomes polluted by the intercepted substances, and its operating resistance gradually rises. When it reaches the differential pressure value, the filter cartridge should be replaced. The main filter cartridges of the core filter include: PP melt-blown, PP string-wound, PP folded filter cartridges, metal folded, metal sintered, titanium rod filter cartridges, etc. It can be customized according to customer requirements.
