The single-column vertical lathe features a classic traditional structure that is mature and reliable. It is suitable for machining in various industries and can be used for rough and finish machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, flat surfaces, grooving, and cutting-off of parts.
The main drive has 16 mechanical speeds, with a mechanical locking lever for gear shifting, ensuring safe and reliable transmission and a low failure rate;
1.2 The worktable adopts a full rolling guideway structure, which is maintenance-free, with good precision retention and high stability;
1.6–2.0 The load-bearing adopts hydrodynamic guideways with a long spindle, giving the worktable high anti-tilting capability; the tool post X and Z axes use sliding guideway pairs, and the tool post can be swiveled ±30°.
The feed adopts 12 mechanical speeds, with independent feed for the X and Z axes, offering simple control and stable turning.
The crossbeam features a humanized design for convenient operation.
The machine tool is mainly mechanically controlled, with minimal environmental impact and simple machining operations; the overall structure is compact and occupies a small floor area.
