This series of machine tools is suitable for semi-finish and finish turning of large rotary parts; it can complete turning processes such as internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, end faces, grooving, metric and imperial threads, and rotary curved surfaces; and through optional functions, it can complete multi-process machining such as milling, grinding, and drilling of complex parts.
The left and right columns are connected by a connecting beam and adopt a bolted thermally symmetrical structure with the worktable, forming a closed gantry frame. The cross-sections of major components are optimized through finite element calculation, achieving high rigidity and high stability of the entire machine.
The axial direction of the worktable adopts hydrostatic guideways, and the radial direction adopts double-row cylindrical roller bearings. After process adjustment and assembly, worktable accuracy far exceeding the standard can be obtained; the worktable hydraulic system is equipped with an oil chiller to control temperature rise in each part and obtain stable accuracy; oil film, oil temperature, and flow detection technologies protect the long-term stable operation of the worktable.
The main drive adopts a vertical shaft two-speed stepless gearbox. Gear shifting is equipped with a mechanical lock, and the gears adopt quenching and grinding processes, ensuring stable and reliable transmission; the main motor is installed vertically on the upper part of the gearbox, providing good heat dissipation and easy maintenance.
All axes of the tool post adopt hydrostatic guideways, ensuring that all moving parts during workpiece machining are supported on a high-rigidity oil film. It features near-zero friction, high sensitivity, good vibration resistance, and long-term accuracy retention. The forged steel quenched ram is equipped with dual balance cylinders, ensuring uniform motor load. The bending moment acting on the ram is offset by the cylinders, reducing ram deformation.
The crossbeam is optimized through finite element calculation and has a large rigidity reserve. Through multiple aging and anti-deformation processes, long-term stable accuracy is obtained; the lifting mechanism is equipped with a synchronous protection device, ensuring safety and reliability.
