The standard CNC double-column vertical lathe is widely used for semi-finishing and finishing operations on large disc-type, ring-type, and rotary parts, including internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, flat surfaces, grooving, cutting-off, thread turning, and rotary curved surfaces. The machine features a compact structure, small footprint, and high cost-effectiveness.
The machine adopts a gantry-type layout with a left-right symmetrical structure, offering high rigidity and good accuracy retention.
The main drive adopts a horizontal shaft structure, driven by a DC motor, with mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation and hydraulically controlled automatic speed change. The headstock gears are hardened and ground, ensuring smooth transmission and high reliability.
The worktable axial direction adopts hydrostatic guideways, providing large load capacity and good vibration resistance. The worktable is equipped with hydrostatic oil film preloaded bearings to improve oil film rigidity. The hydrostatic guideway surface is provided with an oil film thickness measuring device, effectively protecting the worktable guideways.
An encoder is installed at the center of the worktable spindle, providing thread turning and constant surface speed cutting functions.
The tool post moving axes adopt anti-friction guideway pairs, improving the machine's vibration resistance and positioning accuracy, and extending guideway service life.
The crossbeam can move to any position within the column stroke range. The highly humanized design facilitates operation.
