1. Product Overview
The NZJAH series slurry pump is a general-purpose heavy-duty slurry pump and a type of horizontal centrifugal pump. It adopts a horizontal double-casing structure, in which the inner casing is a wear part in the flow passage that requires periodic replacement and can be made of high-chromium metal or rubber material. The product features a relatively simple structure, reliable operation, and long service life of wear parts, making it particularly suitable for medium-to-high concentration slurry transportation.
The NZJA series slurry pump is a heavy-duty slurry pump optimized and modified based on the NZJAH series slurry pump. The main optimization is the redesigned casing liner of the NZJAH series slurry pump, which further enhances the service life of the liner and front and rear liner plates. The inner liner wear parts can only be made of rubber material. Under heavy-wear working conditions, the wear resistance of the inner liner wear parts is superior to that of the NZJAH series slurry pump.
2. Product Features
1) The impeller typically adopts a 5-blade design. The impeller and other wear parts are designed for heavy wear, ensuring a long service life of wear parts;
2) Wear parts can be used in combinations of high-chromium and rubber materials according to working conditions, providing flexible and diverse options;
3) The horizontal double-casing design makes on-site installation and maintenance relatively more convenient;
4) The bearing assembly adopts a heavy-duty bearing design with grease lubrication, requiring no external oil station. Only periodic maintenance and greasing are needed. The bearing assembly can be optionally equipped with temperature measuring elements for convenient on-site automated control;
5) Various shaft seal types are available, including packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal. The three seal types can be interchanged without replacing other components;
6) Adjustable components are designed for the gap between the impeller and the liner plates, allowing convenient gap adjustment during routine shutdown maintenance;
7) The connection between the pump and motor can be achieved through belt drive, coupling, reducer, or other methods according to working conditions and site requirements;
8) This series of slurry pumps can be used in multi-stage series connection to meet the requirements of high-head applications;
9) The pump outlet direction can be installed at eight angular positions to accommodate on-site piping installation.
3. Scope of Application
1) This series of slurry pumps is a general-purpose heavy-duty slurry pump, suitable for conveying various types of slurry in the grinding and beneficiation processes of ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines, with a wide range of applications;
2) The recommended single-stage head is below 60 m, and the maximum transportation head can reach 80 m;
3) The recommended applicable weight concentration is 60%. Slurries exceeding 60% require evaluation and relevant rheological testing;
4) When rubber material wear parts are selected, the recommended slurry temperature should not exceed 70°C. When a rubber impeller is used, the maximum peripheral linear velocity should not exceed 28 m/s;
5) The pressure resistance of rubber slurry pumps shall not exceed 1.4 MPa, and that of metal pumps shall not exceed 2.1 MPa.
4. Specifications and Flow Range
The following table shows the best efficiency points of the NZJA/AH series slurry pumps at corresponding speeds. In practical applications, the operating range of pumps of various sizes can be adjusted by changing the speed of the slurry pump. Please contact us if selection is required.
