Curved Discharge End for AG Mills and SAG Mills
Our company is the earliest equipment manufacturer in China to develop and apply the curved structure discharge end for large SAG mills, and has accumulated practical experience from multiple project retrofits. Our goal is to optimally improve the SAG mill discharge end structure for users, increase the ore discharge rate of SAG mills, improve grinding efficiency, and reduce mill power consumption.
Features of the Curved Discharge End
Increased discharge throughput capacity — material handling capacity is improved by more than 30% compared with the "straight" design.
Improved mill grinding efficiency — difficult-to-grind ore is discharged promptly and pebbles are crushed by the crusher; the formation of a slurry pool inside the SAG mill is avoided.
Reduced wear on the lifter — the backflow splashing onto the bottom of the slurry lifter is reduced, extending the service life of the lifter.
