Scope of Application
The Huate HTM series tower mill is a high-efficiency vertical stirred mill, suitable for fine and ultra-fine grinding of various materials with a feed size of 5mm-50μm, a product size of ≤ 100μm, and a production capacity ranging from several tons to hundreds of tons per hour. It can process metal ores (copper, iron, gold, lead-zinc, etc.), non-metallic ores (mineral sands, rare earth metals), and low-grade, finely disseminated ores, and is particularly suited to the demand for efficient resource recovery against the backdrop of depleting rich ore deposits. It supports both dry and wet grinding process systems and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, and other fields, providing energy-saving and consumption-reducing grinding solutions for industrial continuous production.
Technical Features
◆ Multiple seals and high-efficiency transmission: the transmission shaft features multiple seals to prevent dust ingress; the planetary gear reducer is low-consumption and high-efficiency; the main shaft is designed in segments for easy maintenance, achieving stable low-speed rotation and balanced force distribution.
◆ Optimized liner design: the grid liner is bolted for easy disassembly and assembly; the spiral liner is precision-cast from high-chromium cast iron, offering wear resistance, durability, and precise dimensions, extending the operating cycle.
◆ Intelligent lubrication and temperature control system: centralized lubrication provides timed and quantitative oil supply; the reducer uses water-oil cooling + the motor uses air cooling; real-time temperature monitoring and alarms ensure long-term stable operation.
◆ Low energy consumption and internal classification: reduces ineffective media collisions, lowering noise, vibration, and heat generation; material specific gravity classification reduces over-grinding, achieving over 50% energy savings, compatible with both dry and wet processes.
