Scope of Application
RGT series pulse demagnetizers can be widely used in the following industries:
◎Demagnetization before classification, screening, and filtration in magnetic separation plants. The demagnetization effect is significant, which can markedly improve screening and classification efficiency, reduce the moisture content of concentrate filter cakes, and improve overall beneficiation indicators.
◎In heavy medium coal preparation systems in coal washing plants, the weighting agent used is ferromagnetic mineral powder. After magnetization, it has significant residual magnetism, severe magnetic agglomeration, fast settling speed, and poor stability. Demagnetization can greatly reduce the settling speed of the medium and improve stability.
◎In the mechanical processing and powder metallurgy industries, ferromagnetic workpieces have significant residual magnetism after being subjected to a magnetic field, attracting each other or adsorbing iron powder, which affects subsequent processes such as grinding machine processing, magnetic lifting, and punching and shearing.
