Working Principle:
The vertical dryer uses a fan to directly introduce hot air from a hot air furnace (or exhaust gas from various heat sources) into the circulating air duct of the dryer. The formed material is conveyed to the top of the furnace by a belt conveyor or elevator, and evenly distributed across the entire cross-section of the furnace top by a distribution device. The material slowly descends along its running track by gravity while undergoing heat exchange with the strong airflow. The moisture evaporated from the material is carried away by the strong airflow. The material reaches dryness after an evaporation process of approximately two hours.
Product Performance Features:
1. High thermal efficiency: The furnace body consists of three sections: preheating section, heating section, and cooling section. Low-temperature hot gas directly dries the pellets in the heating section, and the tail-end temperature is used to preheat the upper part of the furnace body, making full use of thermal energy and achieving 20–30% energy savings compared to drying the same material.
2. Easy to use and simple to maintain: There are no mechanical moving parts inside the furnace body, requiring no routine maintenance. Traditional drying equipment cannot compare with this.
3. Quantitative discharge: The opening time of the vibration motor maintains a certain proportional relationship with the discharge volume. The discharge volume can be controlled simply by adjusting the opening time of the vibration motor.
4. Simultaneous screening and discharging: A screening device is installed at the discharge point of the vertical drying chamber. The dried pellets and some powder materials can be screened during the downward process, completing the separation of pellets and powder materials without the need for additional screening equipment, saving costs and ensuring a compact structure.
5. Good dust removal: Dust removal pipes are pre-installed at both the upper feeding position and the lower discharging position of the drying chamber. When connected to on-site dust removal equipment, they effectively prevent smoke and dust from escaping.
6. Economic features: Compared with the currently common flap-type drying furnace, the investment is reduced by 1/2; the floor space is 1/5–1/3 of that; energy consumption and operating costs are significantly reduced.
7. Usage features: This product has good process compatibility, is easy to connect with other equipment in the production line and achieve automation, enables continuous operation, and offers high efficiency and large output.
