Preheating Furnace:
Scope of application: Used in conjunction with large, medium, and small ring-type, belt-type, flat-type, and box-type sintering machine ignition furnaces.
Structural composition: SRW (horizontal), SRL (vertical), and 2SW/L (horizontal-vertical combined) type air and gas dual preheaters are composed of a combustion chamber, air heat exchanger unit, gas heat exchanger unit, etc.
Performance characteristics of air and gas dual preheaters:
1. In all types of dual preheaters, materials with wall temperatures above 400°C are made of stainless steel or aluminized carbon steel, and under normal operating conditions, the service life can be extended by 3-5 years.
2. The gas heat exchanger unit is provided with ash cleaning holes for periodic cleaning to prevent blockage and adverse effects on heat transfer performance.
3. The outer side of the heat exchange tubes is provided with purging holes for periodic blowing of flue ash on the outer tube walls of the heat transfer tubes with compressed air to facilitate heat transfer.
4. The gas heat exchanger in the vertical flue adopts a special arc-shaped air box and expansion joints, which can absorb thermal expansion stress and ensure safety and reliability.
