In response to the problems associated with the traditional manual rope replacement method currently used by mining enterprises—such as high construction difficulty, dense concentration of personnel, prolonged operation in dangerous areas inside the shaft, long occupation of hoisting time, numerous potential accident hazards, damage to the steel wire rope, and significant safety management risks—the company developed and launched the Mining Intelligent Rope-replacement Robot in 2021, with continuous upgrades and iterations ever since.

This robot is not only used for replacing hoisting wire ropes in vertical shafts, but can also replace equipment such as steady winches to complete the replacement of circular balance tail ropes, guide ropes, cable ropes, and other types of steel wire ropes.
