Leveraging the third-generation gallium nitride (GaN) intelligent chip, MEMS technology, AI algorithms, and other core independently developed technologies, we have built a comprehensive product matrix for ultraviolet partial discharge monitoring and early warning of power equipment. By relying on the core supporting gallium nitride ultraviolet sensor chip, the system achieves precise capture of ultraviolet light from early partial discharge in electrical equipment. It offers significant advantages including strong anti-interference capability, high monitoring sensitivity, early identification, warning, and precise localization of partial discharge. This effectively addresses the industry challenge of early identification and trend prediction of insulation faults in underground electrical equipment in mines, providing reliable assurance for the safe and stable operation of mining electrical equipment.
