The DXM Steel Testing & Research Center was jointly established by DXM's senior technical team and international scientific teams, specializing in steel testing and research. The laboratory is equipped with multiple professional instruments, including an Oxford Spectrometer for verifying the accuracy of material composition content, Ultrasonic Metal Flaw Detectors for identifying micro-voids in materials, and a Metallurgical Microscope for observing metal microstructures to assess quality. All steel materials used in DXM Formwork and Scaffolding are tested in the laboratory before being put into production, minimizing quality issues caused by material defects.

DXM owns over 600 machine tools, including more than 300 high-end CNC machines from top global brands such as Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki, and Makino (Japan). These are paired with cutting tools from renowned manufacturers like Sandvik (Switzerland) and BIG (Japan), ensuring a reliable foundation for product machining precision. Additionally, we are equipped with multiple Hexagon CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for inspecting the accuracy of formwork components. We utilize Laser Interferometers to perform regular laser calibration of machine tools based on plate inspection data, ensuring consistent compliance with precision standards.

Through collaborative R&D with world-leading intelligent manufacturing enterprises, we established the mold base industry's first FMS apable of producing complete customized mold bases in 2021. This integrates multiple processes, achieving full digitalization and intelligent automation from raw materials to finished products, operating as a 24/7. The constant-temperature environment ensures higher precision and consistent tolerances across mass production (e.g., ±0.01mm for 1,000 or 10,000 pieces). The boosts equipment capacity by over 30% while reducing labor by 80%, achieving efficiency gains and cost reduction.
Currently, we operate 7 FMS lines covering standard mold bases, fully processed mold bases, and other product categories. We continue expanding to enhance digitalization, intelligence, and automation in production.
