The prying trolley is one of the XMPYT series products independently developed and manufactured by our company (XMPYT-36/450 with National IV engine, XMPYT-45/450 with National III engine). It is a specialized piece of equipment currently widely used in non-coal mines across China for managing hazards caused by roof collapse and rockfall in underground tunnels. It is mainly applicable to underground roadway operations where prying and hazard elimination are required at heights within 6 meters. The prying trolleys currently in standardized production are further categorized based on application-specific design into general-purpose type, plateau climate type, and remote-control type.
Technical Features:
Scientifically and reasonably designed structural configuration maximally meets operational requirements such as tunnel turning radius, climbing gradient, and tunnel clearance in different mines. It features a dedicated chassis, front bulldozer blade, fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection), MICO brake system from the USA, and remote-control operating system, offering safety, stability, and reliability at an industry-leading level.
Made of high-strength structural steel through stamping technology, combined with special welding and stress-relief techniques. All structural components are strength-verified to withstand heavy loads.
The rotating structure design of the working boom and prying hammer covers a large area, meeting the needs of all-directional prying and hazard elimination operations.
Major components of the hydraulic system—including prying hammer, hydraulic oil pump, sectional proportional handle, solenoid valve group, hydraulic multi-way valve, priority valve group, slewing reducer, swing cylinder, hydraulic cylinder, and brake system—are sourced from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring reliable quality, high safety factor, energy-saving, and smooth operation.
Air-cooled technology is used to control the system oil temperature, which is scientifically sound and cost-effective in operation and maintenance.
The cab and control system are ergonomically designed, with centralized and remote-control operation. The overall configuration is scientific and reasonable, offering comfort and ease of use. The entire vehicle is safe, stable, flexible, agile, capable of remote operation and quick retreat, and features strong protection, fully reflecting the characteristics of modern mechanized equipment.
The vehicle coating undergoes rigorous processes including shot blasting, anti-rust primer spraying, and painting, reaching marine-grade standards for rust and corrosion resistance under various working conditions, greatly extending service life.
