Detailed Introduction:
The prying trolley is one of the XMPYT series products independently developed and manufactured by our company (XMPYT-96/700 with National IV engine, XMPYT-97/700 with National III engine). It is a specialized piece of equipment widely used in non-coal mines across China for managing hidden hazards caused by roof collapse and rockfall in underground tunnels. Commonly known as a tunnel cleaning machine or roof prying vehicle, the currently standardized production includes: (1) Standard version, suitable for prying and hazard elimination at heights within 9 meters underground; (2) High-end version, also for up to 9 meters height, subdivided into general type, plateau climate type, high-temperature environment type, and remote-control operation type based on application requirements.
Technical Features:
Scientifically and reasonably designed structural configuration maximally meets operational requirements such as tunnel turning radius, climbing gradient, and tunnel clearance in different mines. It features a dedicated chassis, front bulldozer blade, fully sealed wet-type axle (with pressure-loss protection), American MICO brake system, and remote-control operating system—ensuring safety, stability, and reliability at an industry-leading level.
Manufactured using high-strength structural steel stamping technology, combined with special welding and stress-relief processes. All vehicle structural parts are strength-verified to withstand heavy loads.
The working boom structure is scientifically designed and paired with the dedicated prying hammer’s rotary structure, offering a large coverage area to meet full-range prying and hazard elimination needs.
The hydraulic system’s key components—including the prying hammer, hydraulic oil pump, sectional proportional handle, solenoid valve group, hydraulic multi-way valve, priority valve group, slewing reducer, swing cylinder and hydraulic cylinder, and brake system—are all sourced from premium domestic and international brands, offering reliable quality, high safety margin, energy efficiency, and smooth control.
An air-cooled cooling system is used to regulate the hydraulic oil temperature—scientific, reasonable, and cost-effective in operation and maintenance.
The cab and control system adopt an ergonomic layout, with a sealed air-conditioned cab, centralized controls, and remote operation features—ensuring a scientific and comfortable design. The entire machine is safe, stable, flexible, capable of remote operation and fast retreat, and offers strong protection—fully showcasing the advantages of modern mechanized equipment.
The vehicle coating adopts marine-grade anti-rust standards, including rigorous shot blasting, anti-rust primer spraying, and painting processes, enhancing rust and corrosion resistance under various working conditions and extending service life.
