The mining crusher trolleys UPT-119/2000 and UPT-125/2000 are part of the independently developed UPT series by our company (featuring the UPT-119/2000 with National III engine and UPT-125/2000 with National IV engine). These models represent leading mobile underground crushing equipment for non-coal mines in China. They feature a professional universal chassis structure, high-strength materials, advanced manufacturing technology, and interchangeable working devices, offering outstanding safety, reliability, performance stability, and cost-effective operation. They can completely replace manual breaking and secondary blasting and are widely used for secondary crushing of oversized rock (ore) in non-coal underground mining, tunnel construction, and quarrying operations.

Equipped with Korean (GBT-series) hydraulic breakers, offering stable and reliable performance with high operational efficiency. Depending on the rock hardness coefficient, suitable breaker models can be selected for crushing rock (ore) with hardness coefficients up to f13.
The structure is scientifically and rationally designed to meet various underground conditions such as turning radius, gradeability, and tunnel access. The universal chassis design allows for interchangeable working devices. The fully sealed wet axle (with pressure-loss protection) and MICO braking system from the United States provide industry-leading safety performance. Structural components are manufactured using high-strength structural steel stamping processes, combined with specialized welding and stress-relief techniques, to endure heavy loads.
The working boom is specially designed with an effective reach of 3030 mm and a swing angle of ±30°, offering a large coverage area and strong impact resistance, meeting the operational need for repositioning rocks freely.
The hydraulic system includes high-quality components such as the breaker, plunger pump, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulic multi-way valve, electronic proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve, and braking system. All are sourced from top domestic and international manufacturers, ensuring reliable performance, high safety, energy efficiency, and smooth operation.
Air-cooled technology is used to control hydraulic oil temperature, offering a scientific, efficient, and low-maintenance solution.
The cab and control system are ergonomically designed, featuring a sealed air-conditioned cab, centralized controls, and video-assisted functionality, providing easy, comfortable, and user-friendly operation.
The entire vehicle undergoes rigorous surface treatment including shot blasting, rust removal, and application of anti-corrosion coatings to marine-grade standards, significantly enhancing its resistance to rust and corrosion and extending service life in all operating conditions.
