Detailed Introduction:

The 8T universal chassis is a specialized transportation platform independently developed by our company based on the working conditions of medium and large underground roadways. It is an upgraded model built upon the 4T universal chassis. According to actual operational needs, it can be equipped with various fixed-mounted units (such as 3T and 5T explosive material boxes, 3 m³ and 4 m³ oil tanks, 2T scissor lift platforms, etc.). Alternatively, a retractable hook arm can be installed on the chassis to carry various independent modules via pallets, enabling rapid interchange of different mounted units. The retractable hook arm has a simple structure, is easy to operate, ensures high loading/unloading efficiency, and features a high level of mechanization, significantly reducing labor intensity.

Technical Features:

The complete vehicle consists of a front frame, rear frame, sealed cab, and various mounted modules. The front and rear frames are connected via a central articulated joint, offering a simple, safe, and reliable structure. The entire frame is made from high-strength structural steel and welded using gas shielded welding technology. All welded components undergo heat treatment to relieve residual stress. The cab is FOPS and ROPS certified to ensure operator safety. It is equipped with shock-absorbing seats and an air-conditioning system, providing a comfortable driving environment. The dashboard layout is user-friendly for easy operation and monitoring.

The power system adopts a 97 kW (or 96 kW for National IV compliant) Cummins engine, paired with an integrated torque converter transmission and fully enclosed wet drive axles (normally closed wet brake type). With dual front and rear drive axles and full-time four-wheel drive, the system delivers powerful performance.

The electrical system operates on a 24V power supply. All wiring harnesses are waterproof (protection level IPX4) and use low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant mining-grade cables. An electric interlock between the diesel engine and starter ensures safe startup. The entire system incorporates high-quality components from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring safety and reliability of the electrical system.

The hydraulic system consists of braking, steering, and mounted equipment subsystems. The braking system includes both service and parking brakes, while the steering system utilizes fully hydraulic steering.

All vehicle components undergo rigorous base treatment, including shot blasting and rust removal, followed by anti-corrosion primer and top coat applications. This process greatly enhances the rust and corrosion resistance of the equipment under various working conditions, significantly extending its service life.
