Detailed Introduction:
The KJCJ-4.5/4.5(A) underground concrete mixer truck is primarily used for transporting concrete in non-coal underground mines, with a loading capacity of 4.5 m³. It can be paired with underground concrete shotcrete trucks to perform spraying support, backfilling, and other operations. Developed and manufactured independently by our company based on actual conditions, usage environments, and applicable regulations and standards, this model ensures optimal performance for underground applications.
Technical Features:
The vehicle consists of a front frame, rear frame, sealed cab, and various upper assemblies. The front and rear frames are connected via a central articulation joint, forming a simple, safe, and stable structure. The entire vehicle is made of high-strength structural steel and welded using gas-shielded welding. All welded parts undergo heat treatment to relieve and eliminate residual stress.
The power system adopts a 154 kW (China IV standard) Cummins engine, matched with an integrated torque converter transmission and fully sealed wet-type drive axles (normally closed wet braking). With dual drive axles and four-wheel drive, the system delivers strong and reliable performance.
The electrical system uses a 24V power supply. Wiring harnesses are waterproof (IPX4 protection rating) and utilize low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant mining-grade cables. An electrical interlock between the diesel engine and starter ensures safety during ignition. All components are sourced from renowned domestic and international brands to ensure reliability and safety.
The hydraulic system includes braking, steering, and upper body hydraulic subsystems. The braking system comprises both service and parking brakes. The steering system adopts full hydraulic steering for responsive and stable handling.
All vehicle components are treated with shot blasting and derusting processes before being coated with anti-rust primer and finish paint, enhancing resistance to corrosion and rust under various working conditions, thereby extending the service life.
The concrete mixing drum is horizontally mounted, resulting in a significantly lower vehicle height compared to conventional mixer trucks. This design is more suitable for underground mines, railway tunnels, subways, and similar confined environments. The transport capacity exceeds 4.5 m³, and the discharge residue rate is less than 3%.
The service braking system is equipped with an independent circulating cooling system, including a separate circulation pump and dedicated brake oil cooling tank. This setup provides dual protection for reliable braking on long downhill slopes under heavy loads, improving axle efficiency and lifespan.
A discharge hopper and chute are installed at the rear of the drum to facilitate concrete flow. To prevent losses in case of power failure or other unexpected circumstances while concrete remains in the drum, an optional emergency power unit can be added for discharge. A cleaning system can also be optionally equipped to clean the drum based on actual needs.
