The UPT series mining crusher trolleys are underground mobile hydraulic crushing devices independently developed and manufactured by the company for secondary crushing of oversized rock (ore) in non-coal underground mines. They represent a leading domestic product in the field of mobile crushing equipment for non-coal underground mining. Currently, four standardized models are available: UPT-97/1350, UPT-119/2000, UPT-119/2950, and UPT-154/5100. Featuring a professional universal chassis design, high-strength structural materials, advanced processing and manufacturing technology, and interchangeable working devices, these machines are safe, reliable, stable in performance, and economical in operation. They can completely replace manual breaking and secondary blasting operations and are widely used for secondary crushing of oversized rock (ore) in underground non-coal mines, tunnel engineering, and quarries.
Technical Features:
Equipped with Korean (GBT-series) hydraulic breakers with stable and reliable performance and high operating efficiency. According to different rock hardness levels, suitable breaker models can be selected to handle rocks (ores) with hardness coefficients up to f12.
Scientifically and reasonably configured structure design maximizes adaptability to working conditions such as turning radius, gradient, and passage in various underground mining tunnels. The universal chassis design allows interchangeable working device modules. The fully sealed wet axle (with pressure-loss protection) and matching MICO braking system from the United States ensure stable safety performance and maintain a leading position in the industry. Structural components are made using high-strength structural steel stamping processes, combined with special welding and stress relief processes, ensuring resistance to heavy loads.
The working boom is specially designed with an effective reach of 2512 mm and a swing angle of ±30°, providing large coverage and strong impact resistance, meeting the requirements for freely repositioning rocks.
The hydraulic system's main components—breaker, plunger pump, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulic control multi-way valve, electronic proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve, and braking system—are all sourced from top domestic and international brands, ensuring reliable quality and performance, high safety, energy saving, and smooth control.
Air-cooled cooling technology is used to control system oil temperature, providing a scientific and cost-effective solution with low operational and maintenance costs.
The cab and control system are ergonomically designed with centralized control and video-assisted functions, offering ease of operation and enhanced comfort.
The entire vehicle is coated following marine-grade rustproof standards, including thorough shot blasting, rust removal, and anti-corrosion painting, enhancing its durability and service life under various working conditions.
