Detailed Introduction:

The FQ series crane is an underground mobile lifting device independently developed and manufactured by our company for lifting operations of non-coal mine underground return-drilling rig cutter heads and other auxiliary equipment. It is currently a leading product domestically applied to mobile lifting underground in non-coal mines. The currently standardized production model is the FQ-9000 crane. It adopts eagle-type balanced dynamics, professional universal chassis structure design, high-strength structural materials, advanced processing and manufacturing technology, and interchangeable working devices, featuring safety, reliability, and stability.

Technical Features:

Equipped with a professional crane boom, stable and reliable performance, and high work efficiency. It can meet the lifting operations of underground return drilling rigs and other auxiliary equipment.

Scientifically reasonable structural configuration design maximizes satisfaction of requirements for different underground mine roadway turning radius, slope, and working conditions. Universal chassis design allows interchangeability of working devices; fully sealed wet axle (pressure loss protection type) matched with American MICO brake system, ensuring stable safety performance and industry-leading position; structural parts made of high-strength structural steel using stamping and gas shielded welding technology, strength verified and stress aging treated, capable of bearing heavy loads.

The whole crane is equipped with a high-tech torque limiter that can precisely monitor lifting torque, ensuring operational safety.

The front end of the crane boom can be optionally equipped with a climbing arm and self-balancing climbing basket according to customer requirements for climbing operations.

Hydraulic system main components: breaker, plunger pump, electro-hydraulic proportional valve, hydraulic control valve, electro-proportional control valve, pilot valve, balance valve, cushioning valve, brake system, all adopt imported and domestic high-quality brand products with reliable quality, high safety factor, energy saving, and smooth operation.

Uses air cooling technology to control system oil temperature, scientifically reasonable, with low operation and maintenance costs.

The cab and control system adopt a reasonable ergonomic layout design, sealed air-conditioned cab, centralized control, video assistance and other configurations, making operation convenient and comfortable.

Whole vehicle coating undergoes strict shot blasting and rust removal, anti-rust primer meets marine ship-grade technical requirements, enhancing the equipment’s anti-rust, corrosion resistance, and service life under various working conditions.
