Detailed Introduction:

The 4T universal chassis is a specialized transportation platform independently designed and developed by our company based on modular design concepts and tailored to the working conditions of small and medium-sized underground roadways. It features a compact vehicle body, strong load capacity, and a small turning radius. According to actual usage requirements, it can be equipped with various fixed-mounted units (such as 2.5T and 3T explosive material boxes, 3 m³ oil tanks, etc.). Alternatively, a retractable hook arm can be installed on the chassis to carry various independent modules via pallets, enabling quick interchange of diverse upper assemblies. The retractable hook arm features a simple structure, convenient operation, high loading/unloading efficiency, and a high degree of mechanization, significantly reducing labor requirements.

Technical Features:

The vehicle consists of a front frame, rear frame, sealed cab, and various mounted modules. The front and rear frames are connected via a central articulated joint, ensuring a simple, safe, and reliable structure. The overall structure uses high-strength structural steel and is welded using gas shielded welding technology. All structural weldments undergo heat treatment to relieve residual stress. The cab is FOPS and ROPS certified to provide safety protection for the operator. It is equipped with shock-absorbing seats and an air-conditioning system (optional heating), ensuring a comfortable driving environment. The dashboard layout is ergonomic and user-friendly for convenient operation and monitoring.

The power system features a 73.6 kW (or 88.2 kW for National IV compliant) Yuchai engine, paired with an integrated torque converter transmission and fully enclosed wet drive axles (normally closed wet brake type). It adopts front and rear dual-drive axles and full-time four-wheel drive, delivering strong power performance.

The electrical system uses a 24V power supply. All wiring harnesses are waterproof (protection level IPX4) and use low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant mining-grade cables. An electric interlock between the diesel engine and starter ensures safe startup. The system integrates renowned domestic and international brand components to ensure safe and reliable operation.

The hydraulic system includes braking, steering, and mounted equipment systems. The braking system incorporates service and parking brakes. The steering system features fully hydraulic steering.

All vehicle components undergo strict base treatment such as shot blasting and rust removal, followed by the application of anti-corrosion primers and top coats. This process enhances the equipment's resistance to rust and corrosion under various working conditions, significantly extending its service life.
