The KJCJ-2 underground concrete mixer truck is primarily designed for the transportation of ready-mixed concrete, with a loading capacity of 2m³.
The concrete mixing drum is horizontally mounted, resulting in a significantly reduced overall height compared to conventional concrete mixer trucks. This unique design makes it particularly suitable for use in underground mining, railway tunnels, subways, and other confined construction environments.
Equipped with a 73.6 kW Yuchai engine, the truck can reach a maximum speed of 18 km/h when unloaded in horizontal tunnels. Emission standards comply with Eurasian regulations. The drum features a tilt-adjustable mounting bracket, allowing the discharge height to reach 1.4 meters, ensuring smooth unloading even in complex conditions. It can work in conjunction with compact underground concrete shotcrete trucks for concrete spraying support and backfilling operations.
Technical Features:
The vehicle consists of a front frame, rear frame, sealed cab, and various upper assemblies. The front and rear frames are connected via a central articulation joint for a simple, safe, and stable structure. High-strength structural steel is used throughout, with gas-shielded welding processes. All welded components undergo heat treatment to relieve residual stresses. The cab is certified to FOPS and ROPS standards for enhanced safety. Ergonomically designed with a centralized control layout, the cab includes shock-absorbing seats and air conditioning (optional heater) to provide a comfortable driving environment.
The powertrain features a 73.6 kW Yuchai engine matched with an integrated torque converter transmission and fully sealed wet-drive axles (normally closed wet brake system). Dual drive axles provide four-wheel drive capability and strong traction.
The electrical system operates on a 24V power supply. All wiring harnesses are waterproof (IPX4 rated) and use flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free mining cables.
