Detailed Introduction:
The KJCJ-3 underground concrete mixer truck is mainly used for transporting concrete in non-coal underground mines, with a loading capacity of 3 m³. It can work in coordination with underground concrete shotcrete trucks to perform concrete spraying support, backfilling, and other functions.
This product offers stable overall performance, compact body, agile maneuverability, easy relocation between worksites, high transport efficiency, and low construction cost.
Technical Features:
The vehicle consists of a front frame, rear frame, sealed cab, and various upper assemblies. The front and rear frames are connected via a central articulation joint, forming a simple, safe, and stable structure. The frame is built with high-strength structural steel and welded using gas-shielded welding. All welded parts are heat-treated to relieve and eliminate residual stress.
The power system is equipped with a 125 kW (China IV emission standard) Cummins engine, matched with an integrated torque converter transmission and fully sealed wet-drive axles. The vehicle features dual drive axles and four-wheel drive, delivering strong power and traction.
The electrical system uses a 24V power supply. All wiring harnesses are waterproof (protection grade IPX4) and use low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant mining cables. An electrical interlock between the diesel engine and the starter ensures safe ignition. All electrical components are sourced from leading domestic and international brands to ensure system safety and reliable operation.
The hydraulic system includes the braking system, steering system, and upper body hydraulics. The braking system comprises service brakes and parking brakes. The steering system adopts full hydraulic steering for smooth and responsive control.
The cab is a fully enclosed design, certified to FOPS and ROPS standards, with wide visibility and enhanced operational safety. It reduces noise and dust hazards effectively and is equipped with air conditioning and pneumatic shock-absorbing seats to ensure a comfortable driving environment.
The concrete mixing drum is horizontally mounted, significantly lowering the overall height compared to conventional concrete mixer trucks. This makes it more suitable for concrete transport in underground non-coal mines. It offers a capacity of over 3 m³ with a discharge residue rate of less than 3%.
