The UQC-5 underground masonry multi-function vehicle is a specialized service vehicle developed by our company for non-coal mine tunnel construction, water sump works, and goaf sealing. It is designed based on advanced domestic and international technologies to meet the specific requirements of underground mining operations.

Technical Features:

Scientifically optimized structural design meets the demands of various underground conditions such as narrow tunnel turning radii, steep inclines, and restricted tunnel clearance. It features a fully sealed wet axle with pressure-loss protection, paired with a U.S. MICO braking system for safe, stable, and reliable operation.

The vehicle frame is manufactured using high-strength structural steel stamping, stress-relief aging treatment, and gas-shielded welding. All structural components are strength-tested to withstand heavy-duty loads.

A roller-type conveyor belt, with manual assistance, allows materials to be accurately transferred into the cargo compartment. The integrated lifting platform provides quick and convenient support for construction personnel.

The front-mounted cab provides a wide field of view and a comfortable driving environment. The cab complies with FOPS and ROPS certification standards, ensuring safety for the operator.
