The FCR-5 emulsion matrix transport vehicle is a specialized piece of equipment independently developed by our company for use in non-coal underground mining construction. The vehicle has a rated load capacity of 5000kg.

The dedicated chassis features a fully sealed wet axle with pressure-loss protection, ensuring safety, stability, and leading performance.

The vehicle undergoes rigorous shot blasting and anti-rust treatments. The anti-corrosion primer meets marine-grade standards, significantly enhancing the rust and corrosion resistance of the vehicle and extending its service life under harsh working conditions.

The material tank is equipped with front and rear shock absorption systems to significantly reduce emulsion breakdown caused by transport vibrations.

The tank is made of stainless steel with an inverted conical design, ensuring corrosion resistance, no material sticking, and low residue.

The pumping system includes over-temperature and over-pressure protection functions, with adjustable output flow to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
