The Dongying Offshore Wind Power 26MW Single-Unit Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Project features the wind turbine with the world's largest single-unit capacity and the largest rotor diameter, fully localized in China.
Project Construction Schedule (2025):
·August 10: First tower section lifting.
·August 20: Nacelle mating.
·August 22: Hub lifted into position.
·August 29: Three blades precisely mated with the hub, installation completed.
·October 29: Successfully connected to the grid and officially powered.
Project Challenges:
·High-altitude operations: Millimeter-level mating of over 200 bolts at nearly 200 meters above ground.
·Site constraints: Pile foundation reinforcement method adopted to enhance the stability of the tidal flat foundation.
·Coordinated control: Ground pre-leveling + high-altitude precise coordination to ensure smooth mating of the nacelle and rotor.
