1. Project Overview
The Yantai Wanhua Large Equipment Hoisting Project is owned by Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. The project scope covers the gasification unit of the aniline/formaldehyde integrated project, the 1 million t/a ethylene unit of the polyurethane industry chain integration-ethylene project, the 50,000 t/a butadiene unit, the 450,000 t/a LLDPE unit, the 350,000 t/a HDPE unit, the 300,000 t/a polypropylene unit, and the PVC unit. Our scope of work comprises large equipment hoisting, involving 113 pieces of equipment with a total hoisting weight of 22,267.46 tons. A typical hoisting item is the 2# propylene tower, weighing 1,680 t with a length of 114,300 mm, hoisted using an XGC88000 4,000-ton crawler crane and an M21000 1,000-ton crawler crane.

3. Innovative Construction Methods
(1) Dual-crane tandem lifting of the gasification unit absorber tower I;
(2) Modular hoisting of the 9924 module using a multi-stage balance beam;
(3) Integral dual-crane tandem lifting of the reactor external cooler using a dedicated balance beam.
