1. Project Overview
The construction unit of Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. Coal-to-1.7 Million Tonnes/Year Methanol and Conversion to Olefins Project is Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 1.7 million tonnes. Our scope of work for the project includes: 1) Equipment with a body weight of 80 tonnes (inclusive) or less that requires the use of lifting machinery with a capacity above 150 tonnes (exclusive); 2) Equipment with a body weight above 80 tonnes (exclusive) that requires the use of lifting machinery with a capacity above 150 tonnes (exclusive). Equipment with a body weight above 80 tonnes (exclusive) requiring lifting machinery above 150 tonnes (exclusive) totals 116 units, with a total weight of 18,758.964 tonnes; equipment with a body weight of 80 tonnes (inclusive) or less requiring lifting machinery above 150 tonnes (exclusive) totals 56 units, with a total weight of 4,037.859 tonnes; altogether 167 units, totaling 22,478.823 tonnes. There are 34 units of transport equipment, with a transport equipment weight of 8,709.3 tonnes. A typical lifting equipment item is the 1# Propylene Tower, weighing 760 tonnes, 81.25 meters long, using a 3,200-tonne crawler crane. A typical transport equipment item is the upper section of the 1# Propylene Tower, weighing 423.4 tonnes, 43.51 meters long, using a GOLDHOFER self-propelled hydraulic modular trailer group, 4 columns, 20 axle lines.
