1. Project Overview
The Refining Structure Adjustment Project of Luoyang Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation is owned by Luoyang Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, comprising a total of 4 units, mainly including a 2.6 million t/a residue hydrotreating unit, a 1.2 million t/a continuous reforming unit, a 450,000 t/a aromatics extraction unit, and a 100,000 t/a sulfur recovery unit. Our scope of work for the project covers the lifting of oversize equipment, totaling 40 units with a total weight of approximately 10,082.89 tons, and the short-distance transfer transportation of 5 oversize equipment items with a total weight of 4,590 tons. A typical lifting equipment item is the fourth hydrogenation reactor, weighing 1,050 tons and 27.225 meters long, lifted using a 2,000-ton crawler crane. A typical transportation equipment item is the fourth hydrogenation reactor, weighing 1,050 tons and 27.225 meters long, transported using a GOLDHOFER self-propelled hydraulic modular trailer group, 4 columns, 18 axle lines.
