High-Speed Railway Lifting, Transporting, and Erecting Equipment: Integrated Transport and Erection Machine

This equipment is capable of transporting and erecting box girders for high-speed railways with lengths of 40m and below, integrating lifting, transporting, and erecting functions into one unit. It can perform full-condition transport and erection of girders through tunnels without obstruction, and supports autonomous driving and automatic deviation correction. The "Kunlun" was first used in the new Fuzhou-Xiamen railway project (China's first cross-sea railway). It features the industry's most advanced human-machine interaction system, automatic leveling during lifting, and other technologies, overcoming multiple technical challenges such as adaptive outriggers, automatic centering driving, and automatic synchronous control. It has accumulated 31 patented achievements, broken through several "bottleneck" technical problems, and was honored as one of the "Top Ten National Heavy Equipment of Central Enterprises in 2021." Its model was collected by the National Museum of China in 2023. In 2024, the "Kunlun" was proudly selected as one of the first batch of outstanding achievements in the Central Enterprise Brand Leadership Action, listed alongside the Shenzhou spacecraft and C919 as one of 20 product brands.
