Vertical Slurry Pump (NZJV)

1. Product Overview

The NZJV is a vertical slurry pump, belonging to the category of long-shaft centrifugal pumps. It adopts a single-stage single-casing structure and comes with an integrated mounting frame, facilitating on-site installation and maintenance. Depending on the operating conditions, two material options are available: metal and rubber. When rubber material is used, all parts in contact with the slurry are rubber-lined to ensure the equipment's corrosion resistance.

2. Product Features

1) The impeller adopts a double-suction structure, which minimizes axial force and protects the bearings;

2) To complement the double-suction impeller, two suction inlets are provided on the pump. Screens are designed at the suction inlets to prevent the entry of large particles;

3) Depending on on-site installation conditions, vertical pumps of the same specification can be configured with different submerged depths;

4) The impeller can be optionally equipped with an agitation impeller to reduce the risk of blockage at the pump suction inlet;

5) Shaft-seal-free structure.

6) Large-diameter main shaft design ensures stable equipment operation.

3. Scope of Application

1) This series of slurry pumps is a vertical submerged pump, suitable for drainage in mineral processing plants, emergency pools, etc.;

2) The recommended operating head is below 35 m;

3) When rubber-material wetted parts are selected, the recommended slurry temperature should not exceed 70°C;

4) When different submerged depths are adopted, critical speed verification is required.
