The main drive adopts wide speed regulation dual-spindle motor drive, achieving high-speed, high-torque turning and high-precision C-axis indexing.

It adopts a turning-milling-grinding composite tool post, with a milling spindle built into the ram. The CNC tool post can achieve heavy-duty turning, high-speed milling, and grinding functions.

The X-axis adopts linear guide rail pairs, with stable movement, low dynamic and static friction, and good precision retention.

The interior of the column adopts a sand-sealed structure, providing good vibration resistance.

A graduated positioning rack is installed on the side of the column to achieve precise positioning of the crossbeam on the column, ensuring the parallelism between the tool post and the worktable during horizontal movement.

Equipped with a multi-function tool magazine, it can achieve bidirectional nearest-tool changing with precise positioning, meeting diverse machining needs.
